While everything was impressive, what stood out the most was the elegant furniture in all rooms - truly a touch of sophistication. the spacious rooms with soundproof windows provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Hanoi. the staff's attention to detail, from organizing excursions to providing local recommendations, made my experience unforgettable. My sincerest gratitude to the hotel for a wonderful stay.
